I am very pleased with the service provided. The gift was delivered on time and in good condition. I especially appreciated the fact that the Manager went above and beyond the call of regular service to call me long distance from Addis Abeba and advice me on the appropriate date for delivering the gift in consideration of the fact that this year the Ethiopian New Year was on the 12th of September instead of the 11th - which I was not aware of. Thank you and keep up the excellent service.

I want to say a few comments about your service from my experience. 1. On the post card, I want you to put the same ward that I put on the order but It was, only my sister name. That isn't make my family and me happy. 2. It was dilivered too late almost 5:00 P.M. Over all they are happy and they liked every thing. So I want to say thank you for that and I hope for next time It will be improve those few things that I mentioned above. Thank you and Have a nice day!
